The week of March 19th I will announce my bid for re-election to the
United States Senate. I will begin in my hometown of McCook and make
similar appearances in 19 other communities across Nebraska in the

your support, together, we have built a better Nebraska. Without it,
much that has been accomplished would not have been possible.
Because of you, we have cut taxes for 640,000 Nebraska taxpayers.
We've improved our education system, fought for lower health care
costs and better health care delivery, and championed the
development of ethanol and the strengthening of our farm economy. We
have beefed up our national defense and have served as an outspoken
advocate for the men and women serving in our armed forces. We've
created jobs, improved our roads, and fought to protect Social
Security and improve Medicare.
Yet there is much more we can do. And we must. But first I must win
