Frank may login and alter the answers to these questions himself at any time and has had the opportunity to do this since the site was created in March of 2006. | Southwest Nebraska has to deal with many issues, from outmigration to taxes. There are two key issues facing us right now -- Water and Economic Development. We can solve our issues by:
1) Assuring an adequate supply of water to cities, industries, farmers, ranchers, and recreation. This can be done.
2) Farming must not go backward. It is the backbone of Southwest Nebraska.
3) Main Street must become strong and prosperous.
4) Through economic development, including a strong Ag base and revitalized Main Street, we can draw in ethanol and soydiesel plants, as well as high tech and research jobs from all areas of United States. |
